🚀 What You'll Need (2 Minutes Prep)
Before starting, make sure you have:
- Your new Trezor (One or Model T) – bought ONLY from trezor.io or authorized resellers
- A computer (Windows/Mac/Linux) or Android/iOS phone
- USB cable (included)
- 15 minutes of quiet time
- Pen and paper (or metal backup like Billfodl)
Step 1: Visit the REAL trezor.io/start
Type https://trezor.io/start directly in your browser. The official page auto-detects your device and redirects to the correct Suite download. As of November 2025, it shows a green "Verified by Trezor" banner and holographic seal animation.
Pro Tip: Bookmark it now! Never Google "trezor start" – malicious ads lead to phishing clones.
Step 2: Download Trezor Suite (Official App)
Click the big green button: "Install Trezor Suite". Choose:
- Desktop app (recommended for first setup)

Step 3: Connect & Update Firmware
